It’s time to get a little slippery! Well slippery might not be the right word, but that is what comes to the mind of some people when the word “snake” is mentioned. Basically 2 of the same styles, but one is a deep chocolate with a brown vamp and the other is a combination of a dark navy and black. You really have to give it a good look to notice the difference between the color in the vamp and the shaft. No need to worry though, these boots don’t bite!

Okay, the first thing I’m gonna talk about is the snip toe or the Rios “KS” Toe. This is my favorite look in a cowboy boot. I’ve included a picture from the top of the boot so you know exactly what I’m talking about. Both boots are handmade of course by Rios Of Mercedes and the vamp is a beautiful 100% brown python leather with a modern snip toe as I mentioned. The shaft is 12 inches in height and features a gold and brown stitching made famous by Rios Of Mercedes with python overlays on the pull straps. These boots would be a perfect match with a pair of blue jeans, no question about that.

I love the toes! There, I said it. Yes, this boot is identical to the chocolate brown boot above except the color. The reason for this is that it’s “perfect” in my mind. The only thing to do is make it a different color to give you choices. Rios Of Mercedes has basically made this “A dark spin on a Rios classic”. This is probably a color combination you won’t see very often on other boots. Sporting a deep navy vamp in exotic python skin with a complimentary shaft made of calf skin in jet black. Absolutely awesome if you ask me!
