First off, these are a beautiful pair of boots! Caught my eye as soon as I saw them and I wanted to know more. The second thing I though was “Why are they called ammunition boots?”. I stared at them for a long time. I read the description of them several times. Well, they don’t have any bullets on them. They have some crosses and studs and cool button type ornaments, but I still had no idea why they are called ammunition boots. I showed them to a couple of friends and one of them read the description and had no idea either. They said maybe it was because of the use of distressed copper or the metallic look. Well, it’s a mystery to me, but it really doesn’t matter because I am absolutely in love with them!

The Right to Bear Boots
You seriously need to get “locked and loaded” with beautiful boots. I’m absolutely in love with that turquoise color! These ladies’ boots will look great in shorts or jeans or whatever else you can think of wearing. I’m not sure what I love more, the eye popping turquoise color, the distressed metal copper color of the main part of the boot or the studs or the nine silver nickel cross and crosspatch conchos that adorn these beautiful handmade ladies’ boots that should be considered pieces of art in my opinion!
I definitely have to give it to Doug and his 4 daughters for creating a pair of boots that I was cherish forever! They definitely outdid themselves and these pair of boots make me excited to see what they can come up with next.
